Server screen saying IP temporarily blocked help

I try to connect to p99 from my home network and it says my IP address has been temporarily blocked by the server but other people in my house using the same ip address can connect

Are you trying to connect while someone else is connected? If so you'll get this error due to the no boxing policy. Look into the ip exemption process if you're legitimately playing with other household members.

We already have an ip exemption been playing for years on and off just started today

I've had this issue, completely closing the EQ client and restarting it removed it, may have taken a few mins.

I don't have an exemption though, just switching from one account to another.

If you are having continued issues with temp ip block you are going to want to put in a petition.
