Default Corpse in Qyenos Aqueducts

Okay, so I got myself into a heap of trouble and got killed in Qyenos Aqueducts at level 15. I originally got killed by a Spectra but now Argyn Shieldstan keeps killing me. I have very bad faction with Corrupt Guards and Bloodsabers so he really isn't very friendly with me.

Can someone help? If someone can drag it to a more accessible location I'd be very grateful.

I'd hate to ask, but I am out of options aside from letting the things rot and acquiring everything all over. Not an insurmountable task, but jeez I'd hate to have to do it.

Did you retrieve your deadness or do you still need assistance?

Another option is roll a lvl 1 human SK and /consent <your SK name> from your lvl 15, then use the SK to drag the corpses to ZL he wont be KOS.

I was thinking along those lines but I wasn’t sure what class to make. I’m not sure how a lvl 1 is going to make it that far in without getting killed by little things.

If it happens again, pretty much any human of Bertox is welcome there, especially shadowknights and necromancers.

It is the shadowknight plaguebringer guild after all!

Glad you brought that up. I made a lvl 1 SK as suggested by Triiz, but how do I target my other character to drag its corpse? If they're not online, I can't click on them.

You click on the corpse or stand near it and type /Target <name>. Did you consent yourself first? I.e. /Consent NarguleSK (lvl 1 sk) from your lvl 15?

A lvl 1 Human SK should be able to make it through there most of the mobs aren't KOS, I made a lvl 1 SK to look for something there a while back and roamed around for like 20 mins unharassed.

In the future, lvl 1 halfling rogue's can make very useful corpse retrievers since they can sneak and hide, and if you die it's just a naked toon so you don't lose anything.

I've also heard you can wait the week for your corpse to rot and GM's will restore the corpse and it's gear and drop it in EC, never done it myself though.

click on the corpse (or /target blahblah's) to target it and then /corpse to move it to your position.

You can create hotkeys to do this with the following commands:

/hot Target /target blahblah's

/hot Corpse /corpse

... this is of course assuming your dead character's name is blahblah!

note /corpse has a pretty short horizontal range, you have to be pretty close to a body to pull it, but you don't need line of sight so you can pull it through walls if needs be. I believe /corpse doesn't have a vertical range limit, so you can pull a corpse from the bottom of a zone to the top (useful for blackburrow)!
