This Erudin-based bard doesn't have a loot table. Should drop...whatever it is bards drop.

Anyway, very minor thing, but worth fixing. I know people love to kill bards.

Still has no loot table. The only thing I can find is this from a June 18, 2001 Zam post:

...normally between 0-4pp loot and sometimes a misc item...

This is basically how I would describe Cordelia Minster's loot table, a bard NPC of similar level to Ticar. So in lieu of more insight into what he "should" drop, I would advocate making his loot table mirror that of Cordelia or some other bard NPC close in level to him.

Yeah this guy has like no information out there besides what Briscoe said. Only a few other mentions of his name with no information. He's mentioned on the "Going Postal" quest page on Zam but thats it. I think Briscoe's suggestion sound reasonable unless someone has logs of killing him we may never know.
