According to this info no one wanted to step up to take over leadership. I may have jumped the gun posting this thread.

How do we contact a GM for special investigation?

We just had over 10 million platinum in guild assets robbed from the bank and guild disbanded without warning at 8AM EST.

Officers/senior members have no idea what is going on. This is not what the guild wanted.
