According to the department of health, a 6'0" grown ass man that weighs 140lb is considered a healthy weight.

Most of us are fat by 1930 standards.

This is true, however a person who is actually in control of their weight knows it is otherwise. The DoH BMI calculators don't factor in muscle mass. I'm not really sure what your point is other than the BMI calculator is terrible.

However, because you posted in this thread, congratulations on not being fat [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

This year I put on 20 pounds during bulking season and have lost all of the excess fat.

Zero fat does not necessarily = healthy. If you are overweight with low fat you are still at a higher than normal risk in those same health categories.

Well said my fellow non-fat.

I use coconut crystals when I desire a granulated sweetener. High in minerals and low glycemic index. Of course, I also have high quality honey for other purposes.

Literally no sugar in my house

Michael: Could we share a rowboat? Could a rowboat support you?
Me: What are you asking?
Michael: I think I'm being very clear what I'm asking. Would an average size rowboat support you without capsizing?
Me: *silent pause*
