Fleeting quiver

Do arrows have to be in the fleeting quiver to get the haste bonus? Or just as long as you have it in you. I often carry more arrows than can fit in the quiver.

Think of it like a bow over-haste item that goes in your inventory slot. Arrows can be anywhere else and still get the effect.

Altough if I dont recall wrong you have to have the same type of arrow in the quiver as you have on your arrow slot?

Your ranged attack speed is modified by worn and spell haste so long as the fleeting quiver is in your inventory. No qualifications.
