Is there even a way to do the final turn in without spawning the hand in mob? I mean you would have to spawn the hand in mob regardless whether you looted it or bought the MQ I mean.

Loot rights are a bit more difficult. As you need to be online during the kill and it's a 16 hour window. Not impossible, but more difficult for sure. Good luck.
