Bone chip/CB belt equivalent for ogre?

Is there a low level exp quest for evil races that's comparable to the bone chip in kaladim or CB belts?

You can do bone chips in Kaladim if you get a wolf form. You can also do scalps/ears with wolf form as well

How do you get wolf form for bone chips it's an indoor zone?

Ok you got me there. I swore I had helped someone with a wolf form do bone chips there before, but if its indoors your right that wouldnt be possible.

I know for sure scalps/ears work though, Ive wolf formed several people so they could do those turn ins

It will probably work. I recently found out that some evils are more evil than others. My DE necro (innorruk) was still threatening with wolf form.

For whatever reason SOE was more focused on letting evil races fix their good city faction than on letting good races go into evil cities. The Dark Elf wine quest aside, the evil race cities generally don't have the same kind of repeatable quests (eg. bone chips) that good race cities do.
