15k for a 7 STR ring... I can get 6/6 STR/DEX rings for like 100pp a pair broseph, the 10 AC isn't worth that much of a jump so drop that bitch down to 300-400 and get real with it.

sold first for 20k. second and i was like.. hmmm these are dropping too readily. Think the drop rate is more than on live, seen ALOT of these, so I settled on 10k for the second one. Id take Bob's offer.

Which is when? According to Allakhazam, it wasn't dropping as of March 22, 2002 -- which is 3 months after the release of Luclin. I don't think anyone really knows when it began dropping in Sebilis, which means it likely won't throughout the duration of this server.
