WTB Bard weopon under or around 70p

I'm a new player and I've been grinding a ton if plat to get a new weopon because right now I'm only using my starter weopon. It be really coool of someone has something that help me to maybe like mid 20s? If so that would be great. I got about 70 p to buy with.
