Most FUN ways to make plat?

Plat farming is not exactly known for its cerebral stimulation... but EQ is a big game so I figure there must be at least a few ways to make good money without it feeling like a grind. Also preferably not dependent on seldom-available camps.

I just like taking my 59 high elf mage and going to mess up a mid level zone (perma, runnyeye, dalnir, sola etc), 7 summoned 10 slot 100% wr bags.
selling off the vendor junk for a nice chunk of change, drop transfer the 50+ pp crap to my wizard, sell the scraps in EC and sniping whoever asks for a port never sending tells just /tar dudename and invite take them to wherever and gate back to EC

it sounds stupid but I get around 2-4k a day doing this

I like to do this in mistmoore, and if i happen to fall asleep and wake up no longer KOS in VP.....

Solo'ing NG on my bard at mid 50's. That was a lot of fun, good xp and tons of cash (1-2k an hour).

Good to hear bards can do this... I was starting to wonder if bards were underpowered indoors.

Walk around EC hoping someone tried to drop transfer their fungi.

(Also, selling a spot in your bard ae kite group so people pay you while you're levelling yourself).

The most fun ways i've made money in EQ.. Is dungeon crawling.. Being actively engaged in a group, crawling through a dungeon with no expectations but exp and fun... The loot will happen, and the little loots will add up [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Dalnir was recently revamped and like every other mob has a FS weapon, plus I found black pearls seem to be dropping more frequently.

I think some pretty decent cash could be made farming the FS and vendor trash. Selling is the tough part of course, especially if you don't have gate. Cabilis isn't that far but there are faction concerns, and OT has greedy vendors.

If you're an iksar necro with WR bag it may add up fairly fast.

Maybe you get to learn a new zone as the fun part!
