Haste calculator for weapons?

So a very generous player from Omni hooked me up with Silver Chitin Hand Wraps (SCHW) for my 23 warrior. Yes I know it’s not ideal to lose my hand stats so I will be upgrading my other pieces to offset that stat loss.
My question is is there a table to show the new delay of weapons for the %22 haste? I’m switching around Velks dark defender piercing, Jasthar Trident(sp), green jade broad sword and depending on the DPS off the group I use my 2hs Fellhammer(my 2hs is low so I only use it if there is another tank or DPS class. Like what would the %22 haste do for the delay of weapons?

a Rough Formula is: Delay / 1.22 for your SCHWs and I believe EQ rounds down to the nearest decimal.

Don't quote me on the last part, could be very wrong.

Just divide your weapon delay by the sum of 1 and your haste percentage.

Tstaff with Cloak of Flames is 30/1.36

Jade Mace with SCHW is 18/1.22

Epic with Wondrous Rapidity is 16/1.70

Primal Fist with Visions of Grandeur and a Silver Bracelet of Speed is 20/1.99
