Picture this: A bunch of plebs sitting outside of a camp semi AFK watching netflix or using teamviewer to play from work/class. Group heads to camp and clears it. Eventually the named pops and the loot goes to someone playing from a taco bell kitchen instead of the people who actually killed the mob. Group checks the list and sees 35 people on it waiting for the drop. Evac.

or this: Your healer goes LD. You need a rep. 20 people on list (mostly rangers). No one wants to join because they can't get the loot they want. Group falls apart. /camp

Note that J-boots should drop off Drelzna initially. They did on P99 when it opened, no reason to expect different this time around. My memory of that camp was that it developed a line but was typically pretty civil.
