Do "Guard" and "Turtle Skin" stack?

I'm going to guess No and here is why...
They both use the 4: buff slot

Turtle Skin
4 :Increase AC by 9 (L14) to 10 (L18)
Guard
4 :Increase AC by 18 (L29) to 19 (L34)

Can find this in the spells_us.txt too

Ah okay never noticed that and wouldn't have realised that's what it reffered to without context.
