Will oasis crocs be KOS to everyone at launch?

Originally the oasis crocs were much less friendly, only later patched to not be kos. Will they be kos at green launch?

Oasis crocs are scowls to all, but have a 0 to aggro range.

Don’t believe that’s correct. On live they were not KOS. I believe the devs later said that it was just sort of a weird bug that made them have the con KOS message but not actually be KOS (except for Lockjaw)

I don’t have many memories of classic eq before Kunark but this is one I can say with absolute certainty. I had a Druid on classic and I vividly remember wondering why they con scowl but didn’t Aggro. So in conclusion, they should con scowl to everyone but not Agro.

If they were all KOS the zone would be a bloodbath
