Miscellaneous: UI causing crashes w/ trade skill devices?

Hey guys,

For some reason every time i open up a trade skill device (i.e. Forges) i get DC'd immediately. Is anyone else having these problems? Any clue what might be going on here?

Are you trying this in Cabilis or another city?

Do you get any error messages when it crashes?

What forge are you trying to use?

Is this the problem you are having?

FWIW, I had the problem of getting booted to character select with a "You have been disconnected" message by trying to open the pottery wheel and the brew barrel both. (Yes, I posted in the thread you referenced.)

I'm using the default UI and in East Cabilis. EDIT: I tested by creating a character in Qeynos and I was able to open the Forge in North Qeynos without problems.

Yeah, I'm getting this also on the standard UI in East Cabilis on the smithing forge.

Getting kind of annoying, as I need to get my smithing up for a quest. Any ideas?

It's something someone is doing. Zone will need rebooted.

Is there an update oon this? I keep trying to smith and forget it. Disconnect immediately when I click a forge. Tried old and Velious UI, tried 3 forges.
