AG is raid suspended from DN

There was much discussion within the Raid Committee.
Here is our findings and judgement.

During a Zlandicar raid, Chipless trains Riot wiping them.

All AG members are completely forbidden from entering DN for one week.
Starting at 7/24/20 12:01 PM EST
