I'd pay for a sub based pve server if one opened to avoid these overpopulated ones.
Can't enjoy anything due to overpopulated servs.

That would be illegal on a few different fronts. I believe the P99 team has an agreement with Daybreak (or whomever owns the Everquest IP) to run these emulated servers. Project donations are allowed to a certain extent, but they wouldn't be able to run subs.
Unless I am mistaken, of course. I don't know their agreement; just being pragmatic. | ||

I'm no lawyer and never saw the contract, but I'm sure it says P99 can't profit from the EQ IP.
