Both things can be true; you should know the lev cloak has quite a lengthy cast time. If you want insant lev get a vial of roiling gas. They rot in chardok all the time. Instant lev, 10 charges, 1p recharge cost.

But also, people who farm and sell quillmane suck too and are likely also bad players because there are way faster ways of making money.

Don't enjoy the new one, which means it is probably more classic.

I made a ranger and got a cloak recently. The new system is ass although once I got the PH down I got multiple QM to spawn and got the cloak on the second one. It's not as bad as the Jboots farm. That shit is dumb

Not even comparable. The ancient cyclops is a static spawn. AND it can spawn in south ro. Ive gotten jboot several times easily, not once ever found quillmane cloak for my mage epic.
