devs don't care about scripting or automation, GMs are left to fend for themselves without the tools to figure out if people are cheating

Yet they could go up to people and say "Hey this is GM soandso, you have 1 minute to respond like a normal human being or it's a ban." and then just deal with appeals later, but no, they've opted to just leave one of the biggest issues on the server to fester.

the player count has noticeably dwindled and it for sure isn't going to go up

people are getting bored from 3 years of velious, and if not now, it's only a matter of time
both servers are on their last legs (red doesn't count) and most of what I hear from people is how they're unhappy which probably isn't a good thing

slowly the population has and will continue to decline

the only fix is a new server to distract us from the problems and keep us running on that EQ treadmill

it'll be over before you know it

They were caught, the server lead guide know they auto-track, but there is nothing he can do about it because he has "no dev support" to prove it

So for now PoH remains the lair of neckbeards tracking day after day and going to their desks within seconds of hearing an audio trigger

I don't know about autotrack, but I've personally seen the Hate tracker two-box on many occasions during the months I tracked for my Mage's epic. Now, to be fair, some of those times were him 2-boxing a cleric to rez our guild's tracker (he's a very nice cheater) ... but I also saw him 2-box to rez himself.

The guy has been up in Hate farming the minis for years at this point. You'd imagine the staff could easily check the logs and see "hate farming enchanter dies, cleric from a VPN IP address shows up a minute later, and rezzes him" ... happening over, and over ... and either see the pattern, or at least take the time to watch him.

But apparently they can't, because again, the guy has been up there doing it for years.

He is still there, I discovered recently that apparently this guy is a hikikomori that has been doing this for years lol

He did it on blue and it ended in a massive RMT ban.

He is doing it green, has amassed massive amounts of plats, and despite overwhelming evidences on auto-tracking, they havent banned him yet.

I guess they keep an eye on him for sure and will bann him at the first supicious transaction, but their inability to get dev support to confirm he auto-tracks is frustrating.

I guess either you have a 500k - 1m plats to reward his cheating and get a ranger or mage epic, or you can fuck off to quarm
