Patching help needed please

When I try to login (I last played in april maybe), I get an error that "one or more of your everquest files are not the correct titanium version for project 1999. It'a globalload.text. I downlaoded the patch61 file, but I think I already messed up in where to extract them to (I think I extracted and "replaced" to the p99filesv60 that was on my desktop. hopefully that doesnt matter? I made a copy of it before though). every time i try to watch a youtube to make sure I do this exactly right, they kind of skip over showing me the exact folder it goes in to and the steps. can someone lay them out or link me to the instructions. I need to confirm what the filed I'm putting them into should have (I have EQLite?) and if I exrtact directly and then replace? Please help! Thanks
