Maybe. Realistically though TR is the reason this server is constantly held back from reaching its full potential. Their selfish actions hurt the rest of the playerbase imo.

Maybe they just haven't had time to set it up on their personal server and get some practice in yet.

Other Tinfoil arguments.

TR doesn't have the ability to kill dragons in VP so it's staying closed until they can regain membership #'s that will allow the to succeed.

TMO doesn't have enough keys and therefore needs more time to build up key numbers that will allow them to succeed.

Rogean/Nilbog are unsure how they want VP to be handled with spawns and guilds and are just keeping it closed until something is figured out over large amounts of alcohol and drugs purchased from Red99 donations.

Sony is shutting down p99 and Rogean/Nilbog are promising VP and holding out for more donations to afford moving to mexico and getting engaged.

Just so you're in the know. TR & TMO came to a deal regarding VP to get it open, and it was rejected.

How you got "TR holds back the server" from that is beyond me.

I was surprised about that, as well. Apparently the rejection was based off of the fact that they wanted both guilds in the zone at the same time? I thought the double rolling rotation and 24 hour time limit was a pretty decent idea.
