You have to go from Erudin's Crossing to Qeynos and to Erudin too. Since this is for level 1 immunity, it makes sense that they should have immunity there too, to avoid being PK'd at zonein.

Especially considering the boats are in.

Feerrott shouldn't be on there because of the Fear portal. Halas shouldn't be, either, but it's less important because people don't usually group up outside of Permafrost.
