Legacy Tickets

Shady Swashbuckler will give rewards for Legacy Tickets.

If you already have a rubicite breasplate or a guise of the deceiver, make sure they are in inventory slots by themselves so you do not get another. The npc will check those slots prior to attempting a reward.

I repeat: If you already possess a Guise of the Deceiver or Rubicite Breastplate, move them into open inventory slots (not bags) prior to handing in your Legacy Ticket. This is to ensure you do not get duplicates.

We should make the server good vs nuetral vs evil hardcoded and make it faction coded on npc assists.

One non-magic item loot not equiped and money loot from pvp - and a head for a chance at a item.
