What is the better offhand for a 40 warrior; the scimitar of ykesha or a venemous axe of the velium brood?

(Frostbringer in primary).

Is the instastun and low weight worth the sacrificed dps and ac?

Is double axe strong fashion?

If you're tanking: Scimitar of the Ykesha (Aggro)
If you're DPSing/Soloing Venomous Axe of the Velium Brood (DPS)

If you want cheap, strong fashion, I recommend dual Bronze Wakizashis from The Warrens.

Venomous axe of the velium brood in all situations id say, your dexterity probably isn't great, I'd want the much stronger ratio in the offhand....

Offhand procs are 1/2 MH anyways. Dont rely on the offhand proc.

Ykesha offhand pros tend to be less consistent aggro than a good ratio offhand. Before velious I preferred yak club mh and Lammy OH
