C'mon, we've gotta have a bored lawyer on P99 that's in MA. What's the filing fee for a civil action in Federal Court, $400? Pass the hat around and get another person in GA to serve notice to Toop & his buddies in person. Getting served papers and the threat of discovery by a bored lawyer who wants his EQ is normally enough to make someone shit their pants and stop. We could even give them the title Young Lawyer on all their characters.

What ever state the servers are in I will pay the $400 out of pocket and raise money via my stream for any other legal fees to get the ball rolling.
