I thought that too, but apparently there is a droppable version from vox or something.

That said, Alkeline: you should be able to find that rune pretty easily if you check the merchants in OT and FV. Could also find it on a merchant in NFP or WC probably, if you don't see it in one of those zones.

Thanks for the tip tecmos but i check those vendors frequently and altho ive seen many rune of frost i havent seen any astrals and im quickly approaching 49 lol
