I still wonder how people with that fetish actually try practicing. And especially the fatties that prove they have the stomach capacity to attempt something. (Yet I'd practice cannibalism of it were legal... although that's a bit different.)

Point blank, no such thing as vanilla in the fetish community.

Take vorarephilia for example, how are you going to go beyond this outside discussing erotica and eroge in groups? You can't physically unbirth someone, and while you can swallow someone as in consume them, it's a high felony to do so.
