Miscellaneous: Glacier Yeti in Dreadlands

I've been killing Glacier Yeti's in Dreadlands for a bit and they didn't seem right. Was looking at something else when I stumbled across this:

Timer: 18 minutes - great if you can space out 6 mobs.

Currently they are on a 8ish minute respawn(about the same time it takes for a corpse to rot)

Drops: Frosty Datura (Velious Poison component, sells in FV for 1p1g, common drop, stackable), Essence of Winter (armor smithing component, stackable), mid-level gems (black pearls, opals...), Words, Pages, etc. Coin drop averages 1-5p.

All correct drops(even the Datura, just the recipe to use it wasn't in until at least Velious) except the bold. Never drops platinum ever, only gold, silver, and copper.

Also there is a pathing issue at the entrance of the cave that I guess people could pull to and abuse if they wanted to.

Coin drop increased to a max potential of 5pp.
Respawn time increased from 6 minutes to 18.
