??? You're claim is I changed the face subsequent to rolling the char, here is proof that it was that face since I rolled.

At some point, that Heartbrand can't prove and we only have his word, he changed his face.

All we have as facts:
- you rolled at lvl 1 copying him
- you are still using that face

- he never at any point changed the face

Counter-Evidence: Pictures showing that my face was that face @ the time I rolled the character, as well as multiple pictures with that same face.

i gotta say, all i'm seeing here is evidence that you've been infringing on a smedy's trademark even longer than originally thought

this only increases the amount of residuals that will be due in payment when your day comes in court
