The price is what people will pay for it. That said, here are a list of prices I've observed in my buying, selling, and watching the auction channel.

Manastone 5k-6k (Price will probably continue to inflate as people hoard/permacamp them, even though I'm fairly confident that manastones outnumber the playerbase. Would expect to pay 8-9k or a high end trade to actually get one atm, simply because there is no real incentive to sell them)
Hooded Black Cloak 1.5k - 2k (Price will increase unless someone starts profiting and flooding the market with them, although they don't seem as rare as they should be from my experience)

Sold a couple Steins of Moggok on 12/27 at 350 (quickly, and with a couple backup offers each time). Have not tried to "auction" to see what the upper limit price on this item is but 300-350 is pretty standard at the moment.

This could fluctuate down if more flooded the market. I doubt it would go any higher as many of the factors that have increased the price by decreasing the number of people willing to commit the time to do the quest (Translocators no longer being always up for quick travel, nuts no longer being stackable) are in place and unlikely to get "worse".
