Dredge isn't deserving of hate.

He simply proved himself to be an easy target. Upon seeing how easily he was trolled, even shit posters like gotrocks felt confident enough to give it a try. Personally, I'd take a dozen dredges over the current flock of bland victims populating this forum. He was good for a meltdown and that I can appreciate.

my question is if the weight stays off or not with those juicing diets. they seem like a fad.

Weight never stays off after any diet unless you have make long term behavior changes. Like eating more fruits and vegetables, cutting out the processed foods, the fast foods, soda pop, sweets etc.

Excercising more, sleeping better hours, not late night eating, etc.. these are things that help me.

Btw, did Gutrotts just bump hundreds of old posts from 2010 on an alt account to hide this shameful thread???

a simple yes or no would have sufficed. why the never? and that health behavior is pretty damn basic info. don't need no ass blastin juice to lose weight.
