Default Can Red99 get some rogean / nilbog love also?

Now that you have removed the ridiculous training rule for VP and dealt with cheaters, can red99 get some love? Can we please have some sort of dev round table discussion about easy rule changes or tweaks that can make this server popular? How much longer will 150 max pop ( and don't quote me that 200 bs when we all know the in game count is always 30 lower approx. ) be considered "ok"? Let's have a stream for even just 45 minutes where delegates from all guilds and sides can present their ideas to the devs, decisions can be made, and we can help grow this community.

Possible discussion topics:

- global ooc
- exp rate (hot zones / grouping bonus / hybrid penalty)
- server rules
- level range
- blue transfers or copies or boxing till pop minimum is reached or the destin idea of a sub 51 box
- LNS
- level range / FFA
- resists
- variance
- GMs vision for server

These are just topics, I don't even support some of these things, but it would be nice to have a stream where people can voice their views, GMs / staff can respond, and we can finally maybe agree on some things to make this server better. Incoming troll posts and memes and the "velious will fix everything" lol posts.

- global ooc 1 post per 5 minutes must be above level 10.
- exp rate (hot zones / grouping bonus / hybrid penalty) All great ideas.
- server rules Rules are fine, get over it.
- level range Being an RZ purist, I would not be opposed to 4 level range.
- blue transfers or copies or boxing till pop minimum is reached or the destin idea of a sub 51 box All terrible ideas, disregard this bullshit.
- LNS LNS will be given when LNS is deserved, GM's interfering with in-game politics is bad.
- level range / FFA already covered, double post bs to try and make things look worse than they are
- resists Being fixed once Alecta has fixed his hardware issues.
- variance Already been said no to, get over it.
- GMs vision for server I'm sure we'd all in the end love to see multiple guilds competing over content, but no leader has stepped up besides Nizzar with the capabilities or desire to lead a guild capable of competing.

I'd be more than happy to be Nihilum's spokesperson for the round table discussion. We share a common vision for the server.

The great part about opinions is that they can't be right or wrong so stop trying to make it sound as though some things are factual assertions. We know nihilums position on almost everything, what id be more interested in is having others give input as well with GMs / staff on stream, with the chance to make our cases for things outside of ForumQuest with the boring hyperbole / memes and other irrelevant tactics. Either way incoming shit show of troll posts, this post wasn't about advocating a particular position, as much as it's about discussing options with the staff directly in a different medium then ForumQuest. If you want to debate those things do it in a different thread.

Every thread turns into nihilum vs everyone else. I want a round table discussion where we can bounce all sorts of ideas off each other in hopes of us being able to reach a happy middle ground to building a healthier server.

What heartbrand is saying is he'd like to take Nihilum's opinion out of the equation, because he knows our opinion mostly mirrors that of Nilbog and Rogean as well.

No, I believe your opinions are well documented as being things to help solidify one guilds hold on the server. Everyone knows nihilums opinions:

Transfers are bad / variance is bad / LNS is bad / level range bad / some of you support exp changes but most don't. Rules are great as is. I.e, all things that he'll keep the ruling guild in place, help make it difficult to compete (incoming non sequiturs about no leaders or some other bs); and have led to this server being a ghost town. It's not working. I'm glad it's working for one guild, but it's not for everyone else.

People aren't flocking here. There's a reason for that. Some we may all agree on such as the state of global ooc. Some, a few of us may agree on such as exp. Some we may completely disagree on. But in the context of ForumQuest nothing will ever happen other than locked threads and mud slinging. Hence the desire for civil discourse on a stream.

No one is asking to disband nihilum or ban their members or to force rotations or things like that. We do want a more competitive environment though, which is predicated on a fresh influx of players. The tired reason of "there's no one to build something" is just factually inaccurate. Let's take a real look at why the server is how it is and lets do it on stream.

Transfers are terrible, being able to level up on a blue server, get gear on a blue server, then transfer to a red server, is blasphemous.

Variance is retarded, PVP over PVE targets is the goal of a red server, this is best accomplished by all parties knowing when the PVE will be available.

LNS is not bad, LNS is awesome, and it is working as intended right now. Red Dawn received LNS on every guild v guild occasion before you decided to ally with Azrael the griefers. You dug your graves by shaking hands with the toxic players.

Level range changes are disliked by the majority of players because it decreases the available pool of players in which they can pvp. A valid concern. I believe a 4 level range would increase the ability for the lower level player to actually have a chance, therefore I support 4 level range.

Exp changes, definitely are needed. Ones that support group play on a pvp server are very important, standalone solo xp modifiers should be avoided, but have not been thus far.
