Several RMT and MQ accounts have had the bans lifted (idk how RMT accounts get unbanned and allowed to play again). Anyhow they stopped doing 2nd chances sometime after i got banned but before my 2nd chance petition period came along I guess.

I think the ban was placed in Feb or March and I didn't get word about it until a few weeks later. I also wasn't told very much about it during that time when I asked, only that Ephi sent my petition to Rogean and nothing else was ever said about it and because Ephi and Rogean were perma afk I was told to just wait and petition for a 2nd chance. Waited and then was told they don't do 2nd chances lol.

So I don't really know or remember what happened. I vaguely remember using MQ2 for one of the bot EQemu severs but I couldn't get it to help with bot AIs. I don't remember logging on to P99 with MQ running and I couldn't get any info about what MQ was used for on p99 on my account.

Only thing I was told is that the account was flagged 3 times (one time each on 3 different IPs).

Eh, I got nothing to hide. I don't know why they wouldn't be more upfront with me about things, I even told them that all 3 of the IPs looked like my normal ones. (My house, My cousin's house, and my Work)

Truth and I don't really mind it one way or the other. Just surprised me that Uthgaard was more willing to work with me on a ban once than these new CSR guys.

I posted this in the thread I started, but I feel it's worth repeating here.

I honestly don't believe there will ever be a proposal that will have unanimous agreement. The GMs' mandate for us to reach a consensus is pretty much impossible. We could have a near-perfect plan, and there will still be people who don't like it. No matter what, the top guilds have to give up power, and/or the lower guilds will still feel oppressed. I think no matter what happens, the GMs might have to just choose a proposal that isn't universally reviled and just declare it the new law. That's the only way I see anything actually moving forward.

The GMs could respond with "make it happen or we'll just take away your raid content", but that's just a way to lead the server to a slow death. Consensus is a nice ideal, but we need to figure out what's actually a realistic plan that could actually happen. In reality someone with power (the GMs) need to choose one of the plans people have put forward and enforce it.

I would just like to post how much I find being compared to Nazi's offensive. You are comparing a group of gamers to a group that systematically tried to wipe out a whole race/religion of people just because they didn't like them. I'm sorry you take your pixels that seriously but if keeping you from raiding/killing mobs makes you flip out and hurt yourself look at it as a chance to keep stupid people from procreating.
