Root rotting is really good for necro/shaman duo if you can't fear kite. So if you're in a dungeon (Guk) root rotting is your jam. Until someone gets a root upgrade (I know necro gets one at 49, I think shaman gets one earlier than that) root rotting can be a little frustrating, cause you have to refresh so much, but after that it's gg

Thanks for the tips but does anyone have any tips on how to safely duo in a dungeon with root rot. I know about which dots break root but say we have a room full of mobs do I just screaming terror/fd single pull and break the room with the shaman at a safe distance?

If undead, can lull. Can split out with necro FD. Can simply have two targets to root at beginning. It's a very powerful duo and should have minimal issue with any dungeon really.

Root at low levels on a Shaman just plain sucks. You will be a dead duck in a dungeon rooting 3 to 4 mobs. You won't live to tell about it.

I rolled troll - never tried real hard to get into crypt groups and never had the coin to drop on a bracer... made it to 60 just fine.

So, theoretically ... an Iksar could pull it off - they just won't look as good doing it.
