I play at 1920 x 1080 on a 24' widescreen monitor, but I notice the x axis on my mouse is not as responsive as the right. I turned up the mouse speed but the the Y axis is insane. I guess the question is is there a way to fix this...
I forgot to mention this is when playing in first person... I would play in third, but the view feels so limited. | ||

What is your FPS? I suggest lowering it and trying again.

Try playing in windowed mode, lower the fps to 30-40. Try wineq with eqplaynice enabled.

Lower your in game fps to 60 or below, any higher then that will cause the mouse problem

and here I thought it was just old school EQ or something . . . lowering fps to 60 did it for me.

my mouse control is fine up to 90 but 100 makes it way to slow. The game mechanics all work properly at 30-40fps if that matters. I stick to 40-60 now. You take much less falling damage at 90fps but jumping mechanics don't work right. You can actually gain distance running and jumping at 30-40.
