Killing Corrupt Guards

When I first started on this server, I wanted to kill some corrupt human guards. Don't know why, but I guess I wanted to lay the Hammer of Justice on them. However fast forward to now, as a 34 magician, I just remembered that I once had a desire to do this. After doing some Googling, I realized I have no idea what corrupt guards are good exp/easier to kill for a level 34. So, I was hoping you guys could help. Where should I start slaughtering corrupt guards? Is it too late to profit from this?

high keep is NOT corrupt qeynos .. try west karana

all guards are corrupt and should be killed

2 militia toll guards in West commons are around level 30

Any guards in West+East Freeport, any guards in High Keep, only a few lowbie guards in Qeynos+Kane Bayle, one tower's worth in West Karana, toll booth in West Commons.. I think that's it..?

At 34 your "best" bet is probably Toll Booth? Colin and Valon are 29 or 30 I think. In mid 40s you can move to West/East Freeport, and there are a few good spots to pull to... I know there used to be an spot in EFP where you could sit a Fire Pet on /guard here and basically Exp while AFK, but I think that's been fixed by now.
