This MQ should be enabled. It is part of the monk epic quest.

For anyone wondering, as of July 8, 2023 the MQ is NOT WORKING. Just tried MQ using someone else's Idol and I did not receive the Rare Robe Pattern. Don't be like me and spend 12+ hours popping Brother Z in Rathe Mountains unless you have your own items. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
