Hover ove items/inspect item names not working

The hover over item tags are not working. I thought i fixed it playing around with the eqini file but it just let me see the names of the items when I right click the hover item is still not working.

I haven't downloaded anything new recently.

This on occasions happens here, too. I typically reboot my machine and it fixes it.

Alt + O to open Options
General Tab
Make sure Allow Context Menus is enabled (pressed in/down)

You may have to restart your client for it to take full effect, can't recall.
