And then over time we got stronger and stronger while your guild's leadership continued to lean on the extra IB numbers like a crutch and forumquest against TMO members on the boards all day long instead of ensuring FE's future as a guild. You all praise your leadership for getting you into TMO but not a single one of you seems to care that your guild was literally run into the ground and forced to merge with somebody to survive.

It was clear from the outset of any talks of merging that IB was set on strongarming FE into doing what was best for IB, and not FE/IB collectively. There was no negotiation in the sense that Getsome had his terms initially, and then kept changing them until eventually people in FE were unwilling to even share a tag with a "leader" such as him.

You and I both know that TMO isn't the same guild that WE battled together in VP under the same tag. We also both know that IB was a crippled guild in terms of raiding when they came back to P99. FE helped revive them, and also had no hard feelings when many longtime FE members jumped ship back to the IB tag. You guys couldn't even show us enough respect to have fair terms for a merger, or stick to your original proposals.

Stop making this about 1 line RNF quips when you know that theres a lot more to it than that.

You took the exact same merger from TMO that we offered. 100% the exact same merger. Why is it disrespectful for us to decline co-leadership while giving you even officer count and full membership to all members but the same isn't true for TMO?

The simple truth is the FE leaders didn't deserve leadership of any raid guild and the fact that they aren't co-leader in TMO is further proof of this.

The FE/IB merger terms were more than reasonable. Most guilds that absorb another guild would just expect them to immediate assimilate to their rules and culture. IB did a nice job of creating provisions to help the merger like the dual DKP/loot council system.

Let's cut the bullshit and be honest here, FE. In the end, it all came down to elf simulator pixels. It was straight up admitted to me by multiple friends in FE that when choosing between TMO and IB, the #1 factor was which guild would net the most Velious pixels.

Hypocrites.

Even if we lose some mobs, I'd rather kill Hoshkar with 30 than wipe to Nexona with 70. I've always been more motivated by challenge and competition than loot. Some people play solely for loot, and that's fine but, but let's be honest about it instead of blaming IB for some bullshit that never happened.

IB should've treated FE as equals in any merger discussions. Especially after we revived your crippled guild and dealt with splitting loots evenly with an uneven amount of effort/numbers put forth from IB. The only one officer IB that ever went above and beyond the call of duty to do anything for either guild was Hokushin, the rest are just figureheads with well known names.

I honestly have pity for most members of IB, after what has happened. Many of us are/have been friends for years. It's pretty sad that poor leadership by IB's officers forces their members to suffer in such a way as this.

Alas, the past is the past. Time for you guys to move on even though you must be pretty salty that FE didn't just roll over for your guild leader's disrespect.
