Qeynos Hills Cottage, North Ro desert and North Ro inn near Freeport. East karana Bridge, Neriak, Kaladim, all bard guilds, inside felwithe, and kelethin is my favorite though.

to add to this list: Qeynos Gates, Qeynos Docks, East Freeport newbie yard - the music there is a little sad, creates tension and call for adventure.
