I think I was bugged though cause I never got a heal on any of the boss fights on the upper islands.....

Sorry but by island 5 my eyes start to bleed making it hard to focus. Drool from the corner of my mouth starts to drip on the keyboard making my hands slippery, and then the keys start to stick. My ass also goes numb forcing me to get up to grab beer which causes me to drink too much. Eventually I have to pee really bad which means I inevitably get up to go pee during a boss fight.

End result=no heals

Hahaha. Shit was getting really bad for me towards the end. I think there is a hard-limit on how long people can raid and actually pay attention.....when I jumped off that cursed island into the sweet freeing waters of freeport I felt a heavy burden lift from my heart and swore never to return to that accursed place againe.
