Default Trying to play on my Mac...

Hi all,

I've been following instructions for the WINE Skin wrapper, or what not...

I can't get anything to load. I have tried both the instructions of copying an EQ install to the proper folder, as well as doing an EQ Titanium install in WINE Skin.

I'll open it, and nothing. Nothing on the screen, no sound, nothing.

Anyone might have any suggestions?

I greatly appreciate it.

Update:

Downloaded WineSkin on my own and am just recreating everything. Doing the EQ Titanium Install from the disks I have. Will keep everyone updated, as I can only imagine there are others that would like more info on this.

Under wintricks:

glsl=disabled
install directx
install allfonts

Works perfectly now, I'm actually on EQ Live with it. Emailed SOE, won't be penalized by doing so.

So I just went through all of those and it's still not working for me unfortunately. Directx did error out when I tried to install it, saying something like "your CPU is incompatible" and the installation failed, but I don't think that's the problem here. All my wine stuff is updated. Running out of options here, unfortunately doesn't look like I'm going to be able to play this game
