See I find in high end it's too harsh, but super fun in lowbie/mid level range.

It could be fun to have item loot under 30 to try to get people to work against twinks, and make low level pvp exciting and it's own type of beast. Maybe even under 40.

Could possibly at both times take on the twinking issue with the boredom of low level PVP and lack of low level community all at the same time.

This genuinely seems like a great suggestion IMO.

Yeah that was my only concern.

Don't wanna depress people with nothing by taking all they have, although obv the stakes for them would be much lower than for the twinks. Requires a serious culture change to make that matter though.

item loot 50-60 only since it such a wonderful feature. Let the people who can truly appreciate it enjoy this.

I see no reasoning that a lvl 15 character, losing gear to a twink that an entire group of legitimate new players aren't able to kill, would make them appreciate item loot.
