My wife used to play. (She was a fit model for Victoria's Secret; yes she is hot.) Granted, she never got above level 18 because she would rather go from merchant to merchant shopping...haha. I guess her RL shopping addiction carried into the game. So I would have to say that yes, there are hot girls that play. However, I am sure that not all of them are hot.
