EQ crashing while trying to login to character parked in gfay
ok...here's what's going on...
bard's logged out in gfay when i click on enter world, it freezes without any loading bar at bottom and kicks me back to login. I created a new wood elf in gfay and it loads up just fine. Any thoughts? Bug concerning loc? He crashed while zoning into gfay from CB... any ideas would be great thanks! | ||

Same basic problem. I am unable to login to a specific character. I can log onto others, but not this one. I was able to log onto him on my wife's computer. She zoned him from South, to North Qeynos. Still unable to log onto him.
Character Name: Haldol This post is part commiseration, part bump.

Fixed it myself.
The problem was with my UI_CharacterName_Project1999 file. I deleted it, and the character loaded in. Give it a try. Better to reset a UI then to not be able to play a character at all.
