Nah I'm sure when people come back from a YT avoiding plug at 5% people will just let them sit, med for a bit and then be on their way without attacking. It's a pretty nice and understanding community.

I kill any red name I see naked or equipped if I haven't killed them yet. I don't repeat kill ever since exp loss was removed:/
