I was recently in a group killing Cougars, when the ranger in the group said he had a Stormfeather on track, I said "Pull it". In came stormfeather. conned blue to a me 36 Warrior. He went down easily. Upon looting. No Talons=(, but did get a piece of the map for the Lost pirate quest. Stormfeather spawns near the docks in Iceclad. Hope this helps.

I have killed him twice and both times found him atop the hill above the 3 craps playing gnomes. Once was late at night and again this morning. He dropped the talons the second today and the second part of the iceclad map both times.

No place holder. He spawns in the same spot every time. Right up on the open hill between the 3 gnomes playing craps and the lost pirate. He does not roam. His spawn timer is 18-20 hours. The bad part is, he can completely skip a spawn. Good thing is he always drops the map piece, but does not always drop the talons.

Those percentages on wiki are TERRRIBLY wrong.

They should all be removed.
