Default Guards out of place
Butcher guards Norin and Sornn stand on the road from Kaladim to the docks.

They should be positioned in front of their guard shack.

They may be out of place due to the charm npc bug
basically is a player charms an NPC, moves them, and then camps out the NPC will forever stay where it was moved to.

Fixed, pending update.

They were indeed just standing on the road.. from a fresh repop. Moved them in front of their respective house.
