Shaman - Sicken

I cannot for the life of me find this spell on any vendors as a Troll Shaman (or in any of the other Shaman cities). Where can I get this spell?

All shaman dots and other disease/poison related spells are sold outside the cities. Troll/ogres buy them in Innothule from a vendor on top of a giant hand, and barbarians buy it on the tundra from Starn Bearjumper.

Try this site for info of this kind. Keep in mind that it is around Luclin era so there are a bunch of new spells and zones in it. Some of the spell effects are wrong, as well. However, overall, it's been a very useful guide for me as I've been leveling casters (including my shaman). You might want to cross-reference with the P99 wiki to see which spells were in fact classic.
